Only AI Summit 2.0

Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data The Only Workshop, operated by Piyush Kukreja Digital and associates ("The Only Workshop", "we", "us", "our") collects when you visit this website, book Only AI Summit 2.0, join the sessions, use the Summit Dashboard or talk to us, what we do with it, who we share it with and the choices you have. By visiting, booking or joining, you agree to this policy and you give your consent to the uses and sharing described here. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

1. Who we are

The Only Workshop, operated by Piyush Kukreja Digital, India, is the data fiduciary responsible for your data. Our grievance officer is Piyush Kukreja. For any privacy question, request or complaint, write to support@theonlyworkshop.com or WhatsApp +91 84848 00938.

2. What we collect

  • Identity and contact: your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number, and city or location if you give it.
  • The booking form as you type: once your email or WhatsApp number is complete, the name, email, WhatsApp number and add-ons you have entered are saved, even if you never tap the booking button. The form says so above the button.
  • Professional details, if you give them: your role, company, industry, business type, goals and how you use AI.
  • Booking and payment: the pass and add-ons you chose, coupons used, the amount, order and payment IDs and status. Razorpay handles your card, UPI and bank details; we never see or store them.
  • Summit Dashboard activity: every sign-in, page you open, click, scroll, button press and action, your progress, checklists, answers to questions we ask, your roadmap, notes and anything you type, upload or ask the assistant.
  • Session data: your Zoom display name and email, join and leave times, attendance, chat messages, Q&A, polls, reactions, and your video, voice and screen if you turn them on.
  • Community and messages: what you share in WhatsApp groups and broadcasts, emails, support messages, voice notes, feedback, reviews and testimonials.
  • Website and device data: IP address, approximate location, browser, device, operating system, referral source, pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, clicks, form interactions including partly filled or abandoned forms, and cookies and pixels such as the Meta pixel and Google tags.
  • Information from others: data from payment, advertising and analytics partners, and from people who refer you.

We do not ask for sensitive data such as government ID numbers, health information, biometrics or bank passwords. Please do not share it in the sessions or groups.

3. Recordings

Every session is recorded: video, audio, shared screens, chat, Q&A, polls and reactions. If you turn on your camera or microphone, speak, or write in the chat, Q&A or groups, you may appear in recordings and content we publish. We use recordings to deliver the recordings plan, to make highlights, clips, testimonials, case studies and advertisements, to train our team and to improve our events. Our Terms explain the rights you give us. To stay off camera, keep your camera off and use a display name; your audio, chat and participation data may still be recorded.

4. How we use your data

  • To deliver what you booked: your ticket, the welcome email, sign-in codes, the Summit Dashboard, reminders, calendar invites, WhatsApp groups, recordings, checklists and certificates.
  • To run the sessions, answer questions and give support, including refunds.
  • To help you finish a booking you started: our team may call, WhatsApp or email you about it.
  • To send you marketing and promotions by email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, push notifications and on-site messages, about our own workshops, courses, communities, coaching, consulting, events, digital products and offers, and about partners' products and offers.
  • To advertise to you and to people like you: we may upload your email, phone number and activity to Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and other advertising platforms to build custom and lookalike audiences and to measure our ads.
  • To understand and improve the summit, the website, the dashboard, our ads and our programmes, using the activity and session data above.
  • To personalise what you see, including offers and recommendations.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and misuse, and to keep the service secure.
  • To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory duties, and to protect our rights.

5. Sharing and selling data to partners

We work with partners and sponsors, including AI tool makers, software companies, education providers, creators, coaches, agencies, brands and event organisers. By booking, you agree that we may share or sell your name, email, phone number, city, professional details and summit activity to such partners, for payment or other value, so that they can send you their own offers, products, services and events by email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls and advertising. Each partner then handles your data under its own privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their practices.

We may also promote partners' offers to you ourselves, for example in sessions, on the dashboard, in emails, in WhatsApp messages and through retargeting ads, and earn a fee or commission when you buy.

You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to support@theonlyworkshop.com with the subject "Stop partner sharing". We then stop sharing your details from that point on and ask the partners we already shared them with to stop contacting you. Withdrawal does not undo sharing that happened before it.

6. Service providers

We share data with companies that run parts of the service for us, only for that purpose: Razorpay (payments), Zoom (live sessions), Supabase and our own servers (the dashboard and its data), Google Workspace, Resend and MailerLite (email), WhatsApp and our WhatsApp broadcast providers, Meta, Google and other advertising and analytics platforms, video hosting and delivery providers, and AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic. Some of them store or process data outside India.

We may also disclose data to lawyers, accountants and authorities when the law requires it, to protect our rights, users or the public, or as part of a sale, merger or restructuring of our business.

7. Artificial intelligence

We use AI services to transcribe, summarise and translate sessions, power the dashboard's assistant, write and personalise messages, recommend content and offers, and analyse feedback, activity and outcomes. Your data may be processed by these AI providers on our instructions. AI output can be wrong. We do not use AI to make decisions about you that have a legal or similarly serious effect without a person involved.

8. Cookies, pixels and tracking

This website and the dashboard use cookies, local storage, pixels and similar technology to keep you signed in, remember choices, measure visits and clicks, and run and measure advertising, including the Meta pixel and Google tags. Every click on the Summit Dashboard is recorded. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the website and the dashboard may stop working.

9. How long we keep data

  • Booking and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 8 years.
  • Account, dashboard and session data: while your access lasts and for as long afterwards as we need it to support you, resolve disputes and improve our programmes.
  • Recordings and published content: as long as we use them.
  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

10. Your rights and choices

  • Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Correction and update: ask us to fix data that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Erasure: ask us to delete your data, except where the law requires us to keep it. Deleting it ends your access to what it delivers, such as the dashboard and recordings.
  • Withdraw consent: for marketing, partner sharing or any other use based on consent, at any time, going forward.
  • Nominate: name someone to exercise your rights if you die or cannot do so.
  • Grievance: complain to our grievance officer, and if we do not resolve it, to the Data Protection Board of India.

Write to support@theonlyworkshop.com from the email you booked with. We reply within 30 days. Opting out of marketing does not delete data already shared with advertising platforms or partners.

11. Children

The summit is for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must book for you and consent to this policy on your behalf. We do not knowingly track or target advertising at children.

12. Security

We protect your data with access controls, encryption in transit, limited staff access and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. The new version is posted here with a new date. Last updated 21 October 2026.
