Only AI Summit 2.0

Terms and Conditions

Last updated 13 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to Only AI Summit 2.0, an online AI workshop held on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October 2026, to this website, to the Summit Dashboard and to every message, group and community connected with it. The summit is run by The Only Workshop, operated by Piyush Kukreja Digital and associates ("The Only Workshop", "we", "us", "our"). By booking, paying for, or joining the summit, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer and our Refund Policy. If you do not accept them, do not book.

1. What the summit is

Only AI Summit 2.0 is an AI workshop for educational purposes. Speakers show their own work with AI, live on screen. It is not a course, a degree, an accredited certification, a job placement, a guarantee of results or professional advice of any kind.

The 2-day pass gives one person access to both days, live on Zoom, from 10 AM to 6 PM IST, plus the Summit Dashboard at members.theonlyworkshop.com. The recordings plan adds the recordings of the sessions for 12 months, plus the speakers' prompts and slides where a speaker chooses to share them.

2. Who can book

You must be at least 18 years old, or book through a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By booking you confirm that the details you give are true and that you are allowed to accept these Terms.

3. Booking, prices and payment

  • Your seat is confirmed only when your payment succeeds. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include any taxes we are required to charge, unless stated otherwise.
  • Early-bird prices, coupons, discounts and offers may end, change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. The price at the moment your payment succeeds is final. An expired price or coupon cannot be applied later.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your receipt comes from Razorpay. If a payment fails or is taken twice, write to us and we will sort it out.
  • Seats may be limited. We may stop selling tickets at any time.
  • Please contact us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute. Disputes raised without contacting us first may delay any resolution.

4. Your ticket and your access

  • One ticket is for one person. It is personal and cannot be shared, resold or transferred without our written permission.
  • You join from your Summit Dashboard, signed in with the email you booked with. Keep your sign-in codes and joining details private. We may block or end access that is shared, resold or misused, without a refund.
  • You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, Zoom app and time zone. Join a few minutes early.
  • Access to the dashboard, recordings and materials lasts for the period stated at purchase. We may change how and where they are delivered.

5. Speakers, topics and changes to the event

We announce speakers in good faith, after they have agreed to appear. Speakers are independent people with their own lives and businesses. A speaker may cancel, reschedule or shorten their appearance at short notice because of health, family or personal commitments, travel, work, technical problems or any other reason outside our control.

If that happens, the summit still goes ahead. We may replace the speaker, move the session, combine it with another, cover the topic ourselves or drop it. We are not responsible for a speaker's cancellation or absence, and a change of speaker, topic, session order or timing is not a cancellation of the summit. It does not by itself entitle you to a refund or compensation outside our Refund Policy.

Speakers, topics, the agenda, timings, the platform and the format may change. Who takes which topic is announced on the Summit Dashboard. If we cancel the whole summit, or move it to new dates, you may choose a full refund.

If a technical failure on our side stops part of the summit from running, we will reschedule that part or share its recording with ticket holders. We are not responsible for outages of Zoom, internet providers, payment providers or other third parties.

6. Recordings and your appearance

Every session is recorded, including video, audio, shared screens, chat, Q&A, polls and reactions. Everything you share in the sessions, on the Summit Dashboard, in WhatsApp groups, communities, forums, comments and messages connected with the summit may be recorded, stored and used by us.

By joining, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, edit, crop, caption, translate, combine and publish your name, image, voice, likeness, questions, comments, feedback and anything you create or share during the summit, in recordings, highlights, clips, testimonials, case studies, advertisements, social media, websites, courses and any other material, in any medium, for marketing, promotional, educational and any other business purpose, without payment or further notice to you. If you want something removed, write to us and we will consider it, but we cannot recall material already published.

If you do not want to appear on camera, keep your camera off and use a display name. Your audio, chat and participation data may still be recorded.

7. Marketing, promotions and partners

By booking, you agree to receive communications from us by email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, push notifications and on-site messages, about the summit and about anything else we offer or promote. This includes our own workshops, courses, communities, memberships, coaching, consulting, events, digital products, tools and offers.

We may also promote, advertise and sell the products, services, events, courses and offers of any partner, sponsor, brand, creator, coach, agency or software company, inside the summit, on the Summit Dashboard, in our emails, WhatsApp messages and groups, on our websites and through advertising. We may earn a fee, commission or other benefit from these promotions. Sponsored segments and paid partnerships are identified where the law requires.

Your data may be shared with partners and sponsors, and used for advertising, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing at any time by unsubscribing from an email, leaving a WhatsApp broadcast or group, or writing to us. Messages about your ticket will still be sent.

8. Data, AI and tracking

We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use AI tools to run the summit and the dashboard, for example to transcribe, summarise, translate, personalise, analyse and answer questions. Every sign-in, page view, click and action on the Summit Dashboard and on this website may be recorded and analysed.

9. Your conduct

  • Be respectful to speakers, hosts, the team and other participants.
  • Do not record, screenshot for distribution, download, stream, rebroadcast or share any part of the summit or its materials.
  • Do not share your joining details or sign-in codes with anyone.
  • Do not spam, sell, promote your own offers, post abusive, hateful, sexual or illegal content, share pirated material or share other people's personal data in the chat, Q&A, groups or communities.
  • Do not use the summit's content to build a competing course, event or product.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload or misuse the website, the dashboard or the checkout.

We may mute, remove, block or ban anyone who breaks these rules, and end their access, without a refund.

10. Intellectual property

All content of the summit, including sessions, slides, prompts, templates, frameworks, the handbook, checklists, recordings, the website, the dashboard and our branding, belongs to us or to the speaker who made it. You get a personal, limited, non-transferable and revocable licence to watch it and to use what you learn in your own work. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish or create derivative courses or products from it without our written permission.

Work you create yourself after the summit using what you learned belongs to you. Content you make with third-party AI tools is subject to those tools' own terms, and complying with them is your responsibility.

11. Certificates

Any certificate we issue confirms attendance only. It is not an accredited qualification, a licence or an endorsement of your skills.

12. Third-party tools and platforms

The summit uses and shows tools, platforms and services owned by other companies, including Zoom, Razorpay, WhatsApp and many AI tools. They are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control or endorse them, unless we say so, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, accuracy, security or changes.

13. Refunds

Refunds are handled only under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any result, income, profit, savings, job, promotion, client, follower, ranking or other outcome from the summit or from anything shown in it. We do not guarantee that the summit will meet your expectations, or that the website, dashboard or sessions will be uninterrupted or error free. Please read our Disclaimer.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Only Workshop, Piyush Kukreja Digital, its team, hosts, speakers, associates, partners and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of revenue, profit, data, reputation or opportunity, arising from the summit, this website, the dashboard, any third-party tool or anything you do with what you learn. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the summit is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.

16. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the summit or its content, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

17. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including illness, natural disasters, epidemics, government action, war, unrest, strikes, power or internet outages, cyber attacks and failures of third-party platforms.

18. Law, disputes and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to support@theonlyworkshop.com first if something goes wrong; most problems are fixed quickly that way. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. We may transfer our rights and duties under these Terms. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the summit.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version is posted on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the website, the dashboard or the summit means you accept it. Last updated 13 October 2026.
