Refund Policy

100% money back

Come for the summit. If you genuinely feel it was not worth your time, we refund every rupee you paid for it, including the recordings plan if you bought it at checkout. No form and no argument.

How to ask

Write to support@theonlyworkshop.com from the email you booked with, within 7 days of the summit ending, so by Sunday 1 November 2026, 11:59 PM IST. Put your ticket number in the subject if you have it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval. We cannot send a refund to a different account, card or UPI ID.

When a refund does not apply

• Requests sent after the 7-day window.
• If you did not attend the summit live. Attendance is checked from the Zoom attendance records.
• If you were removed for breaking our Terms, or if there is evidence of misuse or abuse of this policy, for example repeated refund requests.
• A change of speaker, topic, session order or timing does not by itself qualify for a refund, as set out in our Terms.
• Other products bought separately, such as workshops, courses, communities, coaching, Custom GPTs, templates, prompt packs or other digital resources, follow their own refund terms.

What happens after a refund

Your ticket, Summit Dashboard access, recordings and materials end when the refund is made.

If we cancel or move the summit

If we cancel the whole summit, or move it to new dates, you may choose a full refund.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute. Disputes raised without contacting us first may delay resolution. We may decline requests that do not meet the conditions above.
