Host of Only AI Summit 2.0, both days
Who is Piyush Kukreja?
Piyush Kukreja is an AI growth consultant based in India and the co-founder of The Only Workshop and Outprompt AI. He has trained more than 15,000 people to put AI to work, runs AI training inside teams at Cult.fit, J M Baxi Group, vCommission and Internet Moguls, and was featured in Forbes India in August 2026. He hosts the Only AI Summit, India's only 100% practical AI summit, including Only AI Summit 2.0 on 24 and 25 October 2026.
What an AI growth consultant actually does
Most AI advice stops at what the tools can do. An AI growth consultant starts at the other end: the revenue line, the hiring plan, the marketing calendar, and works backwards to the workflows that move them. Piyush's work sits inside operating companies, not slide decks. He audits how a team actually spends its week, finds the parts AI can take over, and rebuilds those steps into workflows the team runs without him.
The output is never a tool list. It is a written plan tied to a specific job, with named owners and a way to tell whether it worked.
Companies and teams Piyush has trained
Piyush runs AI training inside Cult.fit, J M Baxi Group, vCommission and Internet Moguls, across marketing, sales, content and operations teams. More than 15,000 people have learned to put AI to work through The Only Workshop, with learners from IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Kanpur, ISB and Ashoka University.
Speaking and keynotes
Piyush has keynoted at European Summit Prague and India Affiliate Summit Delhi, speaking on applied AI for growth and marketing teams. He hosted the first Only AI Summit on 15 August 2026 and hosts both days of Only AI Summit 2.0 on 24 and 25 October 2026.
The Only Workshop and Outprompt AI
Piyush co-founded The Only Workshop, an AI training company built on one rule: nothing gets taught that the teacher does not already do for a living. He also co-founded Outprompt AI, which builds AI systems for companies. Together the two cover the training side and the build side of the same problem: most teams know AI matters and have no idea what to do on Monday morning.
